Summary
In the present study, RNA-seq technique were performed to explore biological significance of MMP9 in the neuro-cutaneous signaling network of chronic itch. We performed high-throughput sequencing of mouse cheek tissue samples from MMP9 animal models (the MMP9 protein or its vehicle was injected into the right cheek of mice).
