Summary
Pathogenic variations in GNAO1 are associated with developmental and epileptic encephalopathy (DEE). To understand molecular mechanisms underlying GNAO1-associated DEE, we performed a transcriptomic analysis (RNA sequencing) on Neuro2a cells after siRNA-mediated silencing of Gnao1.
