Data you can get
A processed table (series matrix) and supplementary files from NCBI; the raw sequencing reads from ENA. Which of these hold counts depends on the study, so check the file list.
Summary (written by the submitters)
The canonical nuclear factor kB (NF-kB) association with its cognate sites on chromatin is key to transcriptional responsiveness in a variety of signaling pathways directing innate immunity1,2. While the cytoplasmic factors underlying the stimulus-induced activation of NF-kB and its subsequent nuclear translocation have been described, the mechanisms facilitating its chromatin association remains to be fully elucidated3,4.

Here, we show that Integrator complex5-7, is required for NF-kB chromatin residence following an inflammatory stimulus in mice and humans. Integrator mediation of NF-kB binding is independent of its catalytic endonuclease activity. Conditional knockout of Ints11 in adult mice leads to loss of the toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)-mediated dendritic cell activation and abrogates macrophage transcriptional responsiveness to lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Loss of multiple Integrator subunits in human cells diminishes transcriptional activation of inflammatory genes in response to tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a). Taken together, Integrator complex licenses NF-kB association with chromatin to orchestrate innate immune transcriptional response.

Direct links to NCBI and ENA, no account and no request form. Pick by what you want to do: take the small processed table to look, the supplementary files to re-analyse, or the original raw data to start over.

1 · Just have a look

Processed table

The series matrix: one table of values per sample as the submitters processed it. The smallest download, and it opens in Excel or R. Start here to see what the data look like.

2 · Re-analyse it

Supplementary files

The count tables and other files the authors uploaded. Take only the samples you need, or the whole study as GSE244770_RAW.tar (it can run to tens of gigabytes).

3 · Start from the raw reads

Raw sequencing reads

The original FASTQ files, straight from the sequencer, held at ENA. Large, and you align them yourself, so only choose this if you need to re-process the study from scratch.

What the files usually look like: Look for peak files (.bed, .narrowPeak) and signal tracks (.bigWig) among the supplementary files; the raw reads are on ENA.

Also filed as BioProject PRJNA1024528 and SRA study SRP464787. Searching any of these in the dataset finder brings you back here.
