Gene expression during PMA-induced neutrophil NETs formation with or without knockout of neutrophils of Src kinase

GSE251972 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/06/01 Platform GPL17021
Summary
Src kinase has functions in regulating reactive oxygen species production, degranulation, NETs formation, integrin activation, and migration to human infection sites in neutrophils. RNA sequencing was performed by extracting mRNA from PMA-induced mouse neutrophils with or without Src kinase knockout(Src fl/fl S100a8 Cre or Src fl/fl mice). Gene enrichment analysis by Genomes (Reactome) identified RAF/MAP kinase cascade in the top ten significantly changed pathways.
