Summary
We profiled the the tumor immune microenvironment by single cell transcriptomics in ID8 mouse model for ovarian cancer upon perturbation of select cytokine signaling. Ccl7 and Il4 KO in cancer cells were compared to a control KO in cancer cells. Additionally, cancer cells grown in Ms4a3-Cre;Il4rafl/fl mice (where IL4RA is specifically knocked-out in macrophages) were compared to those grown in littermate control WT mice.
