Summary
Pneumonectomy, resection of left lung lobe, trigger a series of regenerative responses characterized by a multitude of genetic alterations. To investigate the changes in gene expression profiles, we conduct a comparative analysis of various lung cell types isolated from both wildtype mice and genetically mice following pneumonectomy.
