Diverse transcriptional alterations in V2a propriospinal neurons following spinal cord injury

GSE269023 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/10/21 Platform GPL17021
Summary
The V2a neurons contribute significantly to recovery of locomotor and respiratory function after injury in animal models. We used single nucleus RNA sequencing of enriched cervical V2a neurons to analyze the diversity of these neurons and their response to spinal cord injury.
