CXCR4 influences PUFA desaturation and oxidative stress injury in experimental prostatitis mice by activating Fads2 via PPARγ

GSE270757 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2026/06/24 Platform GPL24247
Summary
The aim of this study was to further understand the changes in mRNA expression in the prostate tissue of EAP mice after using LIT-927. After constructing the EAP mouse model, the experimental group received intraperitoneal injection of LIT927, while the control group received an equal amount of the solvent methyl-β-cyclodextrin. After continuous injections for 14 days, mRNA expression in the mouse prostate was sequenced and analyzed. Using RNA-Seq technology, a large number of differentially expressed genes were identified at the whole-genome level. Our study indicates that compared to the control group, under the action of LIT927, CXCR4 can affect unsaturated fatty acid metabolism to alleviate oxidative stress damage in prostate tissue.
