Single-cell gene expression of neocortex after transient Yamanaka factor expression during brain development

GSE271794 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/08/20 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Yamanaka factors (YFs) can reverse some aging features in mammalian tissues, but their effects on the brain remain largely unexplored. Here, we used single cell RNA sequecing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the effects of YFs induction during cortical development.
