Summary
To explore the underlying changes during the DNA damage in CBFB-MYH11 (CM) preleukemic hematopoietic stem cell and progenitor cells, we performed RNA-seq for CM-LSK, and control (Ctrl)-LSK cells at no IR (NIR) and 24h after irridiation (IR).
