Summary
Ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI) continues to be an important factor contributing to long-term outcomes after transplantation. Here, utilizing a murine model of orthotopic left lung transplantation, we collected single cell RNA sequencing data from naive lungs and syngeneic lung grafts at various time points up to 30 days.
