Summary
We aimed to investigate the potential mechanism underlying the phenotypic transformation of astrocytes mediated by β-arrestin2. Primary astrocytes were isolated and cultured from the midbrain of neonatal WT and Arrb2 KO mice. RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) was performed to compare the transcriptome of astrocytes in the context of MPP+ treatment.
