Summary
This dataset provides single-nucleus transcriptomic profiles of mouse cortex following controlled cortical impact (CCI)-induced traumatic brain injury (TBI) across multiple time points, including control, 6 hours, 2 days, and 4 days. It enables the investigation of dynamic, cell-type-specific transcriptional responses during injury progression, including immune activation, oligodendrocyte lineage changes, and neuronal responses.
