Summary
This dataset provides single-nucleus transcriptomic profiles of mouse cortex following controlled cortical impact (CCI)-induced traumatic brain injury (TBI) across multiple time points, including control, 6 hours, 2 days, and 4 days. It enables the investigation of dynamic, cell-type-specific transcriptional responses during injury progression, including immune activation, oligodendrocyte lineage changes, and neuronal responses. The dataset can be used to explore molecular mechanisms associated with brain edema and to facilitate cross-species comparisons with human TBI, helping to identify conserved and species-specific injury programs.
