RNA sequencing of human monocyte-derived dendritic cells stimulated with CLEC10A ligand glycodendrimers in the presence of Pam3CysK4

GSE277565 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 24 samples 2025/11/01 GPL34284
Summary
To investigate ligand-specific responses via CLEC10A in human monocyte-derived dendritic cells, five CLEC10A ligands were coupled to dendrimers. The ligands consist of alfa-GalNAc and the GalNAc-containing structures Forssman antigen, blood group A antigen, asialo GM2, and GM2. The human dendritic cells of 4 independent donors were stimulated with these glycodendrimers or a control dendrimer (coupled to C6 chain) for 5 hours in the presence of TLR stimulus Pam3CysK4. Total RNA was isolated and sequenced.
