DHX9 sustains hematopoietic stem cell function in cooperation with H3 acetylation [CUT&Tag]

GSE278361 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 5 samples Submitted 2026/03/18 Platform GPL24247
Summary
We identify DHX9 as critical regulator for HSCs maintenance and it's associated with H3 acetylation, particularly at K27. To elucidate the mechanisms underlying the role of Dhx9 deficiency and H3K27ac in hematopoiesis, we performed CUT&Tag on lineage nagative cells from DHX9 hematopoietic cell-specific conditional knockout mice(cKO) and those from WT mice.
