Candida albicans water-soluble fraction (CAWS)-induced coronary inflammation increased in NOD1-deficient mice. To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the aggravation of inflammation, gene expression in CAWS-stimulated bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) was evaluated.
