ChIP-seq analysis for STAT3 targets downstream of LIF signaling in liver ischemia-reperfusion injury

GSE279970 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2025/12/03 GPL28330
Summary
LIF is a pleotropic cytokine and its role in liver ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) remains unexplored. Utilizing wildtype (WT) and myeloid cell-specific knockout (KO) mice, we demonstrate that the transcription of LIF is activated in myeloid cells and promotes LIFR-induced STAT3 activation in hepatocytes during liver IRI. To understand the downstream targets of STAT3, we performed ChIP-seq analysis.
