RNAseq data from mouse skin Treg isolated after imiquimod treatment

GSE282465 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 10 samples 2025/07/30 GPL24247
Summary
Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are essential for maintaining immune tolerance in both lymphoid and non-lymphoid tissues. We discovered that layilin, a C-type lectin receptor, is predominantly expressed on Tregs in skin.
