RNA sequencing on liver samples from wild type C57BL/6J mice exposed to the vandetanib

GSE284661 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/12/18 Platform GPL21103
Summary
Purpose: The aim of this study was to demonstrate the hepatotoxicity mechanism induced by vandetanib. Methods: Liver mRNA profiles of C57BL/6J mice exposed to the vandetanib were generated by RNA sequencing. Results: We analyzed the results of high-throughput transcriptome sequencing on liver samples from C57BL/6J mice exposed to the vandetanib and identified that vandetanib increased apoptosis-related genes expression apoptosis and the JAK-STAT signaling pathway was significantly enriched.
