Summary
We characterized cellular and molecular effects of the PARP inhibitor (PARPi) Olaparib compared to Talazoparib in bladder cancer cell lines and their Cisplatin pre-treated sublines. We aimed to identify common target genes of both PARPi and differences in mechanism of action to understand resistance mechanisms and identify new PARPi response marker for bladder cancer. RNA was submitted to RNA sequencing analysis on the NextSeq2000 system (Illumina).
