Effect of SIRT7 deletion on gene expression during skeletal muscle regeneration

GSE290029 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2025/04/05 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Muscle satellite cell (MuSCs)-specific Sirt7 knockout (KO) mice display impaired muscle regeneration after injury. To evaluate the effect of SIRT7 deficiency on the early stages of muscle regeneration in vivo, we performed RNA-seq analysis for tibialis anterior (TA) muscle of control and MuSCs-specific Sirt7 KO mice at the early stages of myogenesis, day 3 post injury.
