Summary
We performed RNAseq on total RNA extracted from spleens isolated from mice infected with Orientia tsutsugamushi Karp or Gilliam strains, as well as mock-infected mice to investigate the unique transcriptomic environments elicited by two different Orientia tsutsugamushi strains.
