Summary
Purpose: Experiments were done in WT mice and Mutant (T551A/S552A at beta-catenin) mice. Cortical collecting ducts (CCD) were manually micro-dissected and utilized for transcriptomic analysis by single-tubule small sample RNA-Seq Methods: We carried out RNA-sequencing in cortical collecting duct (CCD) from WT and MUT mice. Results and conclusion: RNA-Seq in microdissected CCD showed that cell cycle related genes were significanlty changed in the mutant (T551A/S552A) mice.
