The myth of postnatal lung maturation dominated by increased pulmonary blood flow and its clinical implications

GSE291221 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 10 samples 2026/03/25 GPL24247
Summary
We reported the RNAseq analyses of lung in two groups of mice (5 in each group) at postnatal day 30 (P30). The mice in increased pulmonary blood flow (IPF) group underwent an abdominal surgery by puncture from aorta to inferior vena cava at P7, mice in Sham group underwent the same surgery except for the puncture. The results revealed that there were differentially expressed genes between IPF and sham group at P30.
