Total Progesterone Receptor (TPR) ChIPseq in the mouse myometrium at various stages of pregnancy, labour, and postpartum.

GSE291680 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2026/07/31 GPL24247
Summary
We have generated ChIPseq datasets for the total progesterone receptor (TPR) of the mouse uterine smooth muscle (myometrium) tissue. ChIP-seq experiments were conducted to evaluate changes in the regions bound by total progesterone receptor that occur as the smooth muscle cells transition from pregnancy to labour and postpartum using mouse myometrium tissue.
