Osr2Cre-mediated deletion of Hnf4a in the mouse kidney

GSE291740 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/05/22 Platform GPL19057
Summary
This study aims to identify genes regulated by Hnf4a in developing nephrons. In the mouse kidney, Osr2Cre efficiently deletes the Hnf4a flox allele and targets all nephron tubules except distal tubules. To investigate gene expression changes, we performed bulk RNA-seq on Osr2Cre-targeted cells from Hnf4a mutant and control kidneys.
