Total RNA-seq of mouse olfactory epithelium in response to single odorants and binary mixtures

GSE296359 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 24 samples 2025/10/09 GPL24247
Summary
Total RNA was extracted from olfactory epithelium tissues of mice exposed to single odorants (acetophenone, decanal, octanal, and cis-3-hexenol) or binary mixtures (acetophenone–decanal and octanal–cis-3-hexenol). The extracted RNA was subjected to high-throughput sequencing to profile genome-wide transcriptional changes across all cell types of the olfactory epithelium following odor stimulation. This dataset provides a baseline reference for comparing odor-induced gene expression programs in the olfactory epithelium with transcriptomic profiles obtained from odor-activated neuronal populations enriched by pS6 immunoprecipitation.
