Transcriptional and Notch signaling dynamics of early inner ear development

GSE297219 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 5 samples Submitted 2026/05/14 Platform GPL34290
Summary
We utilized FACS to sort EpCAM positive cells of the developing inner ear, known as the otocyst. We performed this collection method for a variety of ages of Wildtype (ICR background) samples, as well as collection of the Notch activated otocyst, utilizing a cross between Pax2-Cre and RosaNotch mouse lines. We utilized these scRNAseq datasets to examine novel markers of the developing otocyst, annotate known regions of the developing otocyst, and understand more about the signaling mechanism in the wild type and notch activated samples.
