Summary
Unlike other carcinomas, renal cell carcinoma is known to have an inverse correlation between the abundance of T cells in the tumor and prognosis. To elucidate the background, we performed single-cell gene expression analysis and TCR immunoprofiling of tumor-infiltrating T cells in early and advanced stages of renal cancer.
