Summary
To assess the genome-wide chromatin effect of FASN knockdown under cigarette smoke treated conditions in UMUC3 bladder cancer cell lines. ChIP-seq was performed by pulling down with H3K18Ac antibody in Control and FASN KD cells upon 10%CSM treatment.
