Summary
To understand the role of early skin-seeding neonatal Tregs, we performed scRNA-seq of Treg-sufficient and Treg-depleted skin on postnatal day 9 (P9). Further, we performed bulk RNA-seq of sorted Tregs from P9 and Treg-sufficient and Treg-depleted skin from P9 and P13 mice.
