LncRNA H19 exacerbates hepatic inflammation and oxidative stress in alcohol-related liver disease by sponging miR-22 to derepress SIRT1

GSE315288 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples 2026/06/30 GPL24247
Summary
LncRNA H19 is upregulated in various liver diseases and promotes steatosis and inflammation, but its role and mechanism in alcohol-related liver disease (ALD) remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate whether H19 exacerbates ALD via the microRNA-22 (miR-22)/Sirtuin1 (SIRT1) axis.
