Summary
To investigate the differences between nivolumab_mIgG1 and nivolumab_mIgG1_D265A, and to identify the context in which antibody agonism might impact therapy, we employed a single-cell RNA sequencing approach using 10x Genomics to study the immune populations of tumors, and draining lymph nodes (dLN), and non-draining lymph nodes (non-dLN).
