Summary
Primary mouse renal tubular epithelial cells were subjected to adenoviral Cre recombinase (AdvCre)-mediated deletion of ELF3 or control treatment. Cells were stimulated with TNFα and IFNγ to model inflammatory activation. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed to characterize transcriptional changes associated with ELF3 loss under proinflammatory conditions. This dataset enables analysis of ELF3-dependent gene regulatory programs in cytokine-stimulated tubular epithelial cells.
