Cell-Inspired Dual-Tandem Catalytic Nanoreactors Drive Targeted Hearing Protection

GSE326834 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples 2026/04/02 GPL24247
Summary
Sensorineural hearing loss is driven by irreversible disruption of cochlear homeostasis, where dysregulated redox balance, ionic regulation, and metabolic exhaustion are important factors that trigger hair cell degeneration and synaptic injury. Current antioxidant strategies lack the capacity to restore the coordinated enzymatic ROS-clearance pathways or effectively penetrate the blood–labyrinth barrier, limiting their therapeutic efficacy.
