Summary
RNA sequencing was performed on dorsolateral prefrontal cortex tissue collected during neurosurgery for implantation of deep brain stimulation electrodes at the University of São Paulo School of Medicine. The dataset comprised 4 samples from 3 obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) cases and 6 samples from 4 neurological controls (2 dystonia, 2 Parkinson's disease). Quantification of gene expression levels was performed.
