Summary
This study aims to characterize transcriptomic changes in the spleen of psoriasis-like mouse models induced by different experimental approaches. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease associated with systemic immune dysregulation beyond the skin. In this study, female BALB/c mice were used to establish psoriasis-like inflammation models via topical application of imiquimod (IMQ) to the dorsal skin (PSO-D) or ear (PSO-E), as well as IL-23-induced ear inflammation. Control mice (Con) received vehicle treatment. Spleen tissues were collected for RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to investigate systemic immune responses. Total RNA was extracted from spleen tissues and subjected to high-throughput sequencing. Clean reads were aligned to the mouse reference genome (GRCm39), and gene expression levels were quantified. Differential expression analysis and functional enrichment analyses (including Gene Ontology and KEGG pathways) were performed. This dataset provides a comprehensive resource for understanding systemic immune alterations in different psoriasis-like models and may help elucidate mechanisms underlying immune dysregulation.
