RNA seq(normal depth) RNA Polymerase III inhibition leads to changes in protein coding gene expression

GSE337523 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 42 samples 2026/07/10 GPL34284
Summary
RNA polymerase III (Pol III) produces small noncoding RNAs essential for diverse cellular processes, including translation (tRNA, 5S rRNA, 7SL RNA), RNA processing (U6 snRNA, RPPH1, RMRP), and transcription regulation (7SK snRNA). Here we explore the unexpected effect of Pol III repression on protein coding gene expression.
