Summary
Mapping DNaseI hypersensitive (HS) sites is an accurate method of identifying the location of genetic regulatory elements, including promoters, enhancers, silencers, insulators, and locus control regions. We employed whole genome tiled array strategies to identify DNaseI HS sites within human primary CD4+ T cells. Keywords: whole genome tiling array

Direct links to NCBI, no account and no request form: the whole study as GSE8486_RAW.tar, processed values as the series matrix, the supplementary file directory, and per-sample supplementary files for any of the 78 samples. Raw sequencing reads are also available from ENA.

Also filed as BioProject PRJNA101577. Searching any of these in the dataset finder brings you back here.
