Summary
To further elucidate the molecular mechanism by which piRNA AVCAPIR drives aortic valve calcification, we performed m6A methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (MeRIP-seq) combined with input RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) in human valvular interstitial cells with or without AVCAPIR overexpression.
