A requirement for interferon gamma signaling in injury induced cartilage regeneration

GSE232013 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2024/04/10 Platform GPL24247
Summary
To elucidate the requirement of interferon gamma signaling in cartilage regeneration, we generated genetically interferon gamma receptor 1 or interferon gamma deficient mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of injured cartilages from young and adult mice at two time points.
