Physical Phase Transition of Mineralocorticoid Receptors Determines Preservation Quality of Donor Hearts for Transplantation

GSE261124 Homo sapiens Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing; Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/04/03 Platform GPL24676
Summary
We examine the single nuclear RNA profile in the human donor heart at baseline and 10 hours of storage in HTK with/without canrenone. We also analyze the genomic occupancy of MR in these conditions.
