Summary
The function of Prxl2a gene is still not fully understood. To provide some new clues to investigate the function of Prxl2a, we collected multiple tissues from wildtype and homozygous Prxl2a knockout mice, including subcutaneous inguinal adipose tissue (IAT), dorsal brown adipose tissue (BAT), brain and liver tissue, and performed RNA-seq.
