Summary
To understand the role of adiponectin under caloric restriction (CR) in the liver, we collected liver samples from male and female adiponectin KO mice and wild-type (WT) mice, on a C57BL/6NCrl background, that were fed ad libitum (AL) or underwent 30% caloric restriction (CR; receiving 70% of daily AL intake) from 9-13 weeks of age. Livers were then analysed by bulk RNA-seq.
