The effect of IL-17 signaling inhibition on radiation dermatitis (RD) using a mouse model

GSE262510 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/04/01 Platform GPL19057
Summary
It has been previously shown that there is involvement of IL-17 signaling in the development of severe radiation dermatitis from RNA-sequenicng of human RD skin samples. In this project, we tested the hypothesis using a mouse model of RD previously developed by Liao et al. (PMID: 28406748)
