Effects of LPS treatment on microglia

GSE264487 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/04/20 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Microglia, the most abundant type of brain-resident immune cells, continuously surveil the environment and play a central role in shaping the inflammatory state of the central nerve system (CNS). To explore the mechaniam underlying microglial inflammation, we explored the effects of LPS treatment on microglia using RNA-seq.
