Summary
In our study, we find that AAV-mediated brain endothelial B3GNT3 overexpression reduces neuroinflammatory markers and cognitive deficits in aged mice. Here, we perform snRNA-seq to characterize the cellular and molecular changes induced by brain endothelial B3GNT3 overexpression.
