Summary
Nicotinamide and pyridoxine have been identified as potent modulators of Muscle Stem cell activity. We characterized genome-wide expression profiles of NAM/PN-treated MuSC and Vehicle to verify if NAM/PN supplementation reverses MuSC dysfunction during Aging.
