Summary
In this study we used two murine orthtotopic, transplantable synegeneic models, one that displays excellent response (60577) to carboplatin/paclitaxel and one that is highly chemoresistant (HGS2) and displays a weak response. We analysed the transcriptomes of these murine HGSOC tumours from both models across time in a therapeutic scheme that resembles the human condition.
