Summary
To understand the molecular mechanism of how DHEA produces antidepressant-like behavior in female mice, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq), to compare genome-wide transcriptional changes in hippocampal tissue in female mice treated with DHEA or corn oil for 21 days.
